This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AVORA LMS PRO ("AVORA," "we," "us") collects when you use our platform at avoralearn.cloud, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to students, instructors, and administrators using the platform.

Information you provide
- Account information: your name, email address, password, and role (student, instructor, or admin) when you register.
- Profile information: any bio, profile photo, or other details you choose to add to your account.
- Course content: if you're an instructor, the courses, lessons, quizzes, and materials you create.
- Communications: messages you send through study groups, direct messages, or support tickets, and any information you give us when you contact support.
- Payment details: when you purchase a course, our payment processors (which may include PayPal, regional payment providers, or manual bank transfer) collect your payment information directly. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages you view, courses you browse, lessons you complete, and login activity, so we can show your progress and improve the platform.
- Cookies: we use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Device and log data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access times, collected by our servers.
How we use your information
- To provide the platform: create your account, enroll you in courses, track progress, issue certificates, and process payments.

Who we share information with
- Payment processors, to process your transactions. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.
- Instructors, for courses you're enrolled in, see your name, enrollment status, progress, and quiz or assignment results, so they can teach and grade effectively.
- Other learners may see your name in shared spaces you choose to participate in, such as study groups, discussion threads, and the points leaderboard.
- Service providers who help us run the platform (such as email delivery and hosting infrastructure), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AVORA, our users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
Certificates and public verification
When you earn a certificate, we generate a unique verification link. Anyone with that link can confirm the certificate is genuine; the verification page may show your name, the course title, and the completion date. Don't share your certificate's verification link if you don't want that information visible to whoever you share it with.
Your choices
- Access and correction: you can review and update most of your account information from your profile settings at any time.
- Email preferences: you can control which notification and marketing emails you receive from your notification settings.
- Deletion: you can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting support; we'll retain what we're legally required to keep (such as payment records) for as long as the law requires.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Children's privacy
AVORA LMS PRO is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
